Overview

The BHS Walkie Transfer Carriage is a non-powered changer designed for smaller fleet users.  The WTC comes in three models and offers a dependable and versatile battery changing system at an affordable cost.  It is also an excellent tool for lift truck maintenance and repair. Note: Product does not include Pallet Truck.

7" Cantilever (WTC-CAN-7)

Extends extractor arm reach an additional 7". Ideal for use with outriggers.

7" Cantilever & 6" Extension Bed (WTC-CAN-7-6)

7" additional extractor arm reach. 6" bed extension accommodates longer batteries.

Fork Pocket (WTC-FP)

Available for pallet trucks or fork lifts not dedicated to battery changing tasks

Fork Pocket/Tongue Kit (WTC-FP-C)

Designed for frequent pallet truck change over, includes a tongue kit to enhance stability

Bolt-On Kit (WTC-BLTON)

Bolt mounting solution when pallet truck is occasionally required for other tasks

Two Tier Battery Compartment (WTC-2TIER)

Combines two roller compartment levels in one unit. Ideal for a combination of narrow aisle trucks and counter-balance trucks

Increases roller height up to 10" to reach battery compartments beyond pallet truck maximum lift

Rubber Bumper (WTC-RB)

Protects lift truck during battery change outs

Drop-in Rollers (WTC-DIR)

Increases roller height up to 10" to reach battery compartments beyond pallet truck maximum lift
Note: Recommended when WTC-2TIER is not feasible and multiple battery height extractions are required. Consult Factory for this option.

Low Profile (WTC-LPF)

Allows roller height to be adjusted 7/8" lower than standard unit

Allows roller height to be adjusted 7/8" lower than standard unit

Uncoated Rollers (WTC-UNCTD)

Reduces roller height by .25" to accommodate low battery compartments. Available on the WTC-24 model only.

Permanent Mounting (WTC-MPJ)

Factory welding to customer supplied pallet truck

Covers gear and chain assembly during extraction
